Free US Shipping

All orders ship free of charge within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

After processing, estimated delivery is 8 to 12 days. Because we work directly with our manufacturing partners to keep prices low and quality high, some items may take a little longer during busy periods. We always work to get your order to you as fast as possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package every step of the way. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days, please contact us.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working to expand to more countries soon.

Delays

While we do our best to meet every estimate, occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather or high demand. These are outside our control, but our team is always happy to help track down your order.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
