30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If your product did not meet your expectations for any reason, simply contact us and we will take care of you, with no complicated hoops.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email our support team at info@haircombys.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return (this helps us improve)
Our team responds within 24 hours on business days and will send you simple return instructions.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- For hygiene reasons, hair tools should be returned in clean, resalable condition where possible.
- Defective, damaged or incorrect items are always eligible for a full refund or free replacement, even if opened or used.
Free Return Shipping
We cover return shipping costs. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange collection.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as it is issued. Please note your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to post the refund.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund right away, and in most cases no return is required in most cases.
